Terms of Service

SEOforEshop (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is an AI-powered product SEO content generator operated from the United States. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. For any questions or requests, contact us via the contact page — that is our official support channel.

The Service generates SEO content (titles, descriptions, keywords and related fields) for ecommerce products, based on information you provide, and exports it in various formats. One “product generation” means one run of the generator for one product, producing the full set of SEO fields.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service for business purposes.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly and include the number of product generations stated at purchase; unused monthly generations do not roll over. À-la-carte credits are one-time purchases that do not expire and are consumed after your monthly allowance. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices are displayed in euros; where supported, checkout may offer payment in your local currency at the prevailing conversion rate. Prices may change with notice — changes apply from your next billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page, effective at the end of the current billing period.

All payments are final and non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for, but amounts already paid are not refunded — in whole or in part — including for unused generations. Generations consume paid computation the moment they run and cannot be reversed.

Refunds are also not provided where you are unsatisfied with generated content because the product information you supplied was incomplete, inaccurate or too thin — see section 6. If you believe you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge), contact us via the contact page within 14 days and we will review it in good faith. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory refund rights that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.

Content is generated by artificial intelligence based on the information you supply. While the Service applies quality rules, AI output can contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it, including factual claims about your products. We do not guarantee search-engine rankings or commercial results.

The generator is only as good as your input. Output quality depends directly on the product information you provide. If you supply too little, vague or incorrect information about a product, the generated content will reflect that — this is not a defect in the Service and does not entitle you to a refund. Provide the product type, what it does and meaningful details for best results.

You retain all rights to the product information you submit. To the extent we hold any rights in the generated output, we assign them to you upon generation — the SEO content generated for your products is yours to use commercially without attribution. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs do not infringe third-party rights.

You may not use the Service to generate unlawful, deceptive or infringing content; to spam search engines at scale beyond legitimate catalog optimization; to resell raw access to the generator; or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the Service. We may suspend accounts that breach this section.

Generated content (single products and bulk imports) is stored for your convenience and automatically deleted 30 days after creation — download anything you want to keep before then. See the Privacy Policy for details.

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may modify features with reasonable notice for material changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data.

You may delete your account at any time via the contact page. We may terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. Upon termination your stored content is deleted within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.

By creating an account you agree that we may contact you by email about the Service and with marketing communications about our products and related products offered under our company and its affiliated brands. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email or via the contact page; service emails (billing, security, important changes) are sent regardless.
